Leo was born where the mountains meet the sky and the wind carries ancient stories. Raised in the heart of the Andes, he grew up rooted in nature and tradition.

For over 20 years, he’s explored ever and trail and hidden path around Cusco—guiding, learning, and discovering.

But the trust our travelers have in their guidance is founded in something deeper: Leo is a pioneer. He’s one of the only guides to have climbed some of the most challenging peaks, like Salcantay and Ausangate, paving the way for others to join him.
